Book Your
Free Inspection
Tell us what you are seeing and where the property is. We will come out, inspect the structure properly, explain what we find in plain English, and give you a price in writing — or tell you that you do not need us.

What happens next
- We call you back to understand the problem and book a time that suits you.
- We inspect the structure inside, outside and underneath, and take elevation readings.
- We explain what is happening and why, in plain English, while we are still there.
- You receive a written plan and price — no pressure to sign on the day.
- If you do not need structural work, we tell you that and there is no charge.
Something urgent?
Active water under the house, a wall that has moved noticeably, or a floor that has dropped since last week — call rather than email. Those move to the front of the schedule.
Good to
know
Is the inspection really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it. We come out, look at the structure properly, and tell you what we find. If it turns out you do not need structural work, that is the answer you get and it costs you nothing.
We would rather be the company that told you honestly than the one that sold you piers you did not need.
How soon can you come out?
Usually within a few days, and sooner when the situation warrants it. If you have active water under the house or something that has moved noticeably in the last week, say so when you call and we will prioritise it.
What should I have ready?
Nothing formal. It helps if you can say roughly when you first noticed the problem, whether it has got worse, and whether anything changed around the same time — a storm season, a plumbing repair, new landscaping or drainage work nearby.
Photographs are genuinely useful, especially of anything intermittent like water that only appears after heavy rain. If you have any prior inspection or engineering reports, bring those out too.
Do I need to be home for the inspection?
It is much better if you are. A good part of the value is the walkthrough at the end, where we show you what we found and answer questions on the spot. We also need interior access to check doors, floors and cracks properly, not just the exterior.
Still deciding
whether to call?
Foundation problems do not improve on their own, and the inspection costs you nothing. The worst case is that you find out your house is fine.
